VAFCC Welcomes Office Manager

Join us in welcoming, Chantay Harris, our newest staff member!

Chantay Harris will join the Virginia Association of Free & Charitable Clinics (VAFCC) in the role of Office Manager beginning December 1. In this role, she will support the mission of the association by administering the VAFCC's finances, performing general office duties and providing both administrative and project support to the CEO, other staff, and various constituents. 

Prior to joining the VAFCC, Chantay served as a Life Support Training Center Administrative Coordinator II in the Professional Development & Continuing Education Department at Cooper University Healthcare (CUH) in New Jersey. Prior, she served as a Health Coach in the Transitional Care/Population Health Department also at CUH. Her education includes Stanford University, Stockton College and Atlantic Community College where she gained a wealth of knowledge in the areas of business management and hospitality management. She comes to us with over 28 years in healthcare and is an experienced office manager, patient advocate, marketing liaison and public speaker.

Other accolades include: “Employee of the Month, Manager of the Year, Super Woman of South Jersey, Woman of the Year. When she's not at work her hobbies include, gardening, reading, writing, walking in nature, hugging trees, meditation and watching movies.
