Planned Giving
Important to the future success of the VAFC, a planned gift or bequest is also an option.

Planned gift arrangements can be created to provide income to the donor or other individual(s) during the donor's lifetime in addition to providing a tax deduction. The gift transfers to the VAFC after the death of the trust's income beneficiary.

A bequest through a will is an excellent way to ensure that the VAFC will be able to continue its critical mission for years to come.

For more information regarding planned giving, please contact the VAFC at (804) 340-3434.

Life Insurance
Life Insurance is another option if the donor owns a policy that is no longer needed. Cash value at the time of the gift, as well as any premiums the donor continues to pay, are all tax deductible.

For more information regarding Life Insurance giving, please contact the VAFC at (804) 340-3434.
