To make your secure online credit card
contribution, insert the amount you wish to contribute in the form below. You
may also make a selection from the drop down list of Free Clinics if you wish
to designate your contribution for a specific clinic. The clinic you designate
will receive 100% of the contribution you make. If you do not make a clinic selection,
your contribution will be made to the Virginia Association of Free Clinics, which
provides support services to all of Virginia's Free Clinics.
The VAFC accepts gifts in the form of a check made out to Virginia Association
of Free Clinics. Donations may be mailed to:
Virginia Association of Free Clinics
10231 Telegraph
Road, Suite B
Glen Allen, VA 23059

If you would like to charge
your gift by telephone or speak with a staff member about contributing,
please call (804) 340-3434.
You can even make a monthly contribution by requesting
the VAFC to process your credit card gift each month.

Important to the future success of the
VAFC, a planned gift or bequest is also an option.
Planned gift arrangements can be created to provide income to
the donor or other individual(s) during the donor's lifetime in addition
to providing a tax deduction. The gift transfers to the VAFC after
the death of the trust's income beneficiary.
A bequest through a will is an excellent way to ensure that the VAFC
will be able to continue its critical mission for years to come.
For more information regarding planned giving,
please contact the VAFC at (804) 340-3434.

Life Insurance is another option if the donor owns a policy that
is no longer needed. Cash value at the time of the gift, as well as any
premiums the donor continues to pay, are all tax deductible.
